 Serving Thanksgiving to the Homeless

Project Outreach's event today at the Immokalee Friendship House.

Project Outreach wants to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas!

December 19, 2012

Dear Friends and Family,

My family and I began Project Outreach to help hurting families in our community.  Right now we are looking to bless the less fortunate families at Christmas time.  We have several single mothers with cancer, widows, spouses caring for their disabled or ill partners, and several disaster victims all in need of help for Christmas.  If you are looking for somewhere to help out this season, why not help out in your own community.

Thank you!

Project Outreach Inc. is a non-profit organization that helps individuals and families in need, right here in Collier County.  We work with widows, disaster victims, the homeless, cancer patients, underprivileged families, and many others in need.  This season we are working to provide a Christmas for parents that are unable to provide for their children.  We help to give a hand up and not a hand out.  We have helped in locating jobs and connections to get people back on their feet.  We also organize volunteer projects on a regular basis throughout the community.  Recently we served Thanksgiving dinner to the homeless residents at the Immokalee Friendship House, cleaned and organized their property and spent time fellowshipping with the families there.  This month we are going to be singing and visiting with the elderly residents at Lely Manor nursing home. Many of these resident's do not have family nearby to share the holidays with.

We have so many amazing and well deserving families that need your help!  One of the families we are currently working with includes a single mom with terminal cancer who has 5 children.  We have been able to get help with meals, cleaning, and childcare while she has treatments.  We want to be able to do more for her and many others.  Please consider donating to our organization to help serve the hurting right in your own community.

We have many families that give back once they are on their feet.  It is an amazing circle of appreciation and gratefulness!

Please join us on Facebook at to see pictures and hear about the many families and projects we are working with.
